Colibri Quasar Round Ashtray

Why the Colibri Quasar Round Ashtray Stands Out

Most ashtrays try to stay out of the way. The Colibri Quasar Round Ashtray is designed to be noticed. Its faceted geometric pattern wraps all the way around the circle, catching light from every angle and giving it a sculptural presence on a desk, side table, or lounge surface. At the center sits Colibri’s familiar hummingbird logo, tying it clearly to the brand.

This is the smaller, more compact member of the Quasar ashtray family. At seven inches across it fits comfortably on a personal desk or coffee table without dominating the space, yet still offers multiple rests for shared sessions. Colibri describes it as easy to empty and easy to clean—practical points that matter when you use an ashtray regularly.

It also matches the rest of the Quasar line, including the Quasar II lighter and Quasar SV-Cut, so you can build a coordinated set if you choose.

How to Use and Care for the Colibri Quasar Round Ashtray

Rest your cigar in one of the integrated rests between draws. When finished, leave it in the rest and allow it to go out on its own rather than crushing it—the preferred practice with premium cigars. The open center provides space for ash and makes emptying straightforward.

Clean only by hand with warm water and a mild detergent. Dry thoroughly with a soft cloth. Avoid dishwashers, abrasive cleaners, or harsh scrubbing that could affect the finish. Proper care keeps the geometric pattern and metallic look sharp over time.

Why Choose the Colibri Quasar Round Ashtray

Generic metal ashtrays often feel plain or purely utilitarian. The Quasar Round delivers both style and function. The full-circumference faceted pattern creates a three-dimensional look that stands out without being oversized. The solid metal build feels substantial on the table, and the multiple rests support both solo sessions and small groups.

Because it is part of the established Quasar collection, it coordinates cleanly with matching lighters and cutters. The compact footprint suits desks and side tables where a larger ashtray would feel excessive. Gift packaging and a two-year warranty add practical value for both personal use and gifting.
